Zenith Health Bespoke Individual and Group Support Services (BIGS)
Zenith Health Bespoke Individual and Group Support Services (BIGS) offers 1:1 or 2:1 specialist support in the child, young persons, or adult home or community. BIGS believe that everyone has the right to access activities and events in the community on their own terms. The purpose of the service we provide is to support people with learning disabilities to be as independent as possible and live the life they want.
In providing support, a person-centred plan is agreed upon with individuals and parents/carers to establish what support is required and the type of activities to be undertaken. These flexible services can be provided during the day, evening, and weekend, depending on the required needs of the individual and their caregivers. The service can be flexible or as routine as required.
The BIGS Service provides specialist services and highly trained staff with excellent communication skills, in-depth understanding and experience in working with people with disabilities. The person referred is supported to access their community, socialise, and build confidence and self-esteem through a variety of social, educational and recreational activities.
BIGS participants can enjoy activities such as:
- Support to meet new people.
- Support to get involved in the local community.
- Support to participate in different social activities.
- Support with hobbies and recreation.
What you can expect:
- A full-time coordinator who will discuss your support requirements with you and who will oversee and review the service.
- Highly experienced team appropriately trained, and Garda vetted.
- To be treated with respect
- To feel safe.
- Policies in place for the protection of Zenith Health staff and clients.
- The right to complain if you are not happy with the service provided.

Residential Disability Services
Zenith Health provides 24/7 high-quality residential care services for adults aged 18 years and over with intellectual disability.
Our residential centre, situated in the locality of Dundalk Co. Louth aims to provide person-centred support for service users. We are committed to providing consistent and home-like environment to meet the therapeutic needs of service users.
At the core of our services is the recognition of dignity and respect for service users and others, creating a healthy environment for healing and development.
Our services are for service users to be away from home for a short period to give their caregivers and families a break.
The Family and Network Service
The Family Network Service is a social, educational and recreational outlet to support the personal growth and development of children and young people, whilst in turn, allowing their families or caregivers to have a simple break or time out/away for themselves.
Home Care Support
Zenith Health provides home care services all across Ireland. We provide individualised social care and support for our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Our services include check-in visits, assisting in domestic chores (cooking, cleaning, shopping, etc), personal care, and specialist care services.
Specialist Support Services
We provide holistic care and support services for elderly people with mental health difficulties, learning, and intellectual disability, autism, dementia, epilepsy, and complex health issues, who may need a higher level of care in meeting their individual daily needs.
We offer person-centred support for our clients in a nurturing environment that ensures and promotes their safety, welfare, and development.
Nursing Services
Zenith Health agency is a service provider for healthcare sectors.
We provide nurses, social care workers, and healthcare assistants, for hospitals, nursing homes, and residential centres. We supply staff with-in short notice to cover shifts.
We are reliable and committed to providing high-quality services to meet our client’s needs and requirements. We operate 24 hours-7 days a week to provide agency staff for our clients.

What is residential care?
Residential care is a temporary, short or long-term placement that involves looking after vulnerable adults living in a home environment and being cared for by qualified social care workers.
Is residential care the same as foster care?
Residential and foster care are similar. In residential care homes, there are personnel who are qualified, for example, managers and social care workers, to provide and assist to provide and assist individual service users in meeting their individualised needs.
What training does your staff undertake?
At Zenith Health, we are committed entirely to quality and level of training and support we provide. All our employees have minimum of NFQ level 7 qualifications and have undergone an approved induction programme.

Leaving and After-Care Services
Zenith Health assists young people who are leaving residential care or foster care settings in their transition to adulthood.
Our key role is to prepare young people by supporting and empowering them in developing the necessary skills and resources needed to make a smooth transition from care to living independently.
